As I will be leaving my shared apartment in Helpman in November, we are looking for a nice and social housemate to share the apartment with. Preferably someone who is finishing their studies or starting their career. You’ll be living with one other housemate, 23 years old, working as an illustrator, Insta  _niek_martens. Niek loves plants, nature, art, thrift shopping, and works in hospitality.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor on van Houtenlaan in Helpman. It’s just a 10-minute bike ride to the city centre, and shops like Albert Heijn, Blokker, and Etos are a 5-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the apartment is approximately 70 m2.  
The available room is 12 m2 and will be delivered empty. The living room is spacious, as is the balcony, and the apartment includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's also a small attic workshop and a storage shed downstairs for bikes or other belongings.

Rent is around €500, with additional costs for the washing machine and Wi-Fi. Expect to pay between €500 and €550 per month.
