The room is located on the vaargeul  on the edge of the Lewenborg district. Biking distance to the center of Groningen is about 15 minutes. The rent of EUR 595 per month includes gas, water, electricity, partly furnished (carpet, curtains, bed, closet, desk etc.) wireless internet, cable tv connection and other service costs. 

Included above rent can be also used a shared roof terrace (15m2), a shared washing machine and a shared storage for bicycles. The bathroom is shared with three people and the kitchen with two persons. Parking is free of charge about a 25 meters walk from the studio. The rent is based on 1 person. Minimum rental period is until 1 year.

At the moment the other tennants are  two girls and one boy.

-	Deposit is 2 months of rent;
-	Pets are not allowed.
