Semi independent and spacious (40m2) studio. With private balcony (free view), own kitchen (including dishwasher), private toilet and partly with furniture. The bathroom is shared with three people. 

The studio is located on the vaargeul on the edge of the Lewenborg district. Biking distance to the center of Groningen is about 15 minutes. Supermarkets, sports clubs, ice skating rink and other facilities are in the immediate vicinity.The rent includes furniture and is € 875 per month. This price is including of service relating to gas, water, management costs, electricity, TV and wireless internet connection.

Included in the rent is also a shared washing machine and a shared storage for bicycles. Parking is free of charge about a 25 meters walk from the studio. The studio can be rented by 1 person and is habitable for 1 person. Minimum rental period of the studio is 12 months. The deposit of the studio is two months of rent. If the studio is rented by a student the (or one) parent needs to guarantee the rent payments.

Parents will have to guarantee the room/studio to be rented. An income check will be done (for example, the pay slips of the past 3 months), a Recent extract of the Basic Register of Persons of the Municipality (BRP) is required. This was previously referred to as an extract from the GBA (municipal basic administration). This extract may not be more than 6 months old. If necessary, other data will have to be submitted
