The room is located on the third floor of the building. In the room you will live together with four other roommates with whom the kitchen, shower, toilet and balcony are shared. The room has its own floor and has plenty of space for all your furniture. There is an open closet where you can put your clothes, for example. The room has two skylights facing each other, so you can ventilate the living space well.


RENT AND DEPOSIT
The rent is €595 excluding the deposit for gas, water, electricity and internet is €115, the service costs are €30, municipal taxes €20, this makes €760.00 per month. The deposit is equal to two times the basic monthly rent.

RENTAL ALLOWANCE
It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for this property.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The property is available from May 1, 2025. For a period of 12 months.

Please note that there is a campus contract applicable for this residence which means that you must vacate the residence upon completion of your studies so that the residence remains available for a student tenant.
