About the place

I am moving back to my home country now my studies are finished, so I need someone to take over my room. It is really nice, with big windows and a lot of storage! The location is very pretty, a 5-10 minute cycle to the city center, and all bills are included. I am very happy to sell my furniture for 200euros, and this will make my move much easier.

The house is shared with 4 other lovely girls, and it is a landlord requirement that the new person or the room is also a girl, sorry boys! We will have a hospi either wed 16th oct, or fri 18th oct depending on the availability of potential tenants.
