Room located on the first floor at the rear of Taco Mesdagstraat in Groningen. The house has been recently renovated and we are currently in the final phase of the renovation. As of April 1, 3 rooms will become available for rent at the same time.  

Layout: Long hallway with stairs to a room of over 16m2 with its own sink and skylight. From the hallway there is also access to the toilet, spacious kitchen, basement cupboard, and there are also entrances to the other 2 rooms. From the kitchen, there is access to a shower room including a sink and connection for a washing machine, and from the kitchen the backyard of approximately 15 m2 is also accessible.
