Spacious room located on the ground floor at the front of Taco Mesdagstraat in Groningen. The house has been recently renovated and we are currently in the final phase of the renovation. From April 1, 3 rooms will become available, of which this is the largest room (20 m2).  

Layout: Long hallway, immediately on the left the entrance to the bedroom/living room with its own sink and beautiful built-in wardrobe. From the hallway, another room at the rear is accessible, as well as the toilet, kitchen, cellar cupboard, and stairs to the upper floor where the 3rd room is located. From the kitchen, there is access to a shower room including a sink and connection for a washing machine. From the kitchen, a backyard of approximately 15 m2 is accessible.
