If you would like to stay in Groningen for one or more days (per week), you can do so with me.
Permanent residency is NOT permitted
The room is furnished and measures approximately 9 m².

Price: €30 per night, including clean bed linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

You share the bathroom with me and a resident female, I use my own downstairs toilet.

You cannot use the kitchen, but there is a kettle, coffee maker, and possibly a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

There is a bike shed, and part of the garden can be used for outdoor seating in nice weather.

I (a woman) live in the southern part of Groningen, in a quiet, green area. You can cycle to the city center in about 10 minutes.
There are several shops nearby, and the nearest supermarket is a 1-minute bike ride away. The nearest train station is only 750 meters away, and a bus stop is 400 meters from the house.

There is a cat in the house, but it doesn't come into the room.
