As of July 1, 2025, I have a fully furnished (attic) room available for a neat student (woman). Surface area approximately 12 m2.
The room has a single bed and has, among other things, a coffee maker, kettle.

The separate kitchen area of ​​approximately 8 m2 has two induction hobs, refrigerator, combination microwave, counter, small dishwasher, cupboards and drying rack. Pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and the like are also available.
You share the bathroom with me. I have my own toilet downstairs.
There is a shelter for the bicycles.

I (active woman of 65) live in the south of the city of Groningen, You can cycle to the center in about 10 minutes.
There are also shops nearby, the nearest supermarket is 1 minute by bike.

Rent: 500 euros / month, including gas / water / electricity, wifi, use of washing machine.
Deposit 500 euros.

There are a number of house rules.
– no smoking
– no pets (I have a cat)
– no shoes in the house
– sustainable use of energy and water
– no candles or other open fire
– it must be quiet after 22:00
– no guests, unless after consultation and permission.
