About the place

Temporary room, furnished. The place is near UMCG, City Center and Zernike. (Only for real non-smokers) . Nice rooms in nice surrounding with parks. Everything is available, nothing to bring but your clothes and books, so to say,really for someone who temporarily needs a furnished room for stage, internship, exchange, phd, etc. In the house one room is rented to ( a mostly foreign) student. Owner lives there also but has own kitchen and bathroom. Only for quiet people who are willing to keep the place clean and in order, and who have in general a normal day/night  rhythm. Laundry is nearby. Wireless Internet is included.
