The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It has central heating and laminate flooring. The rooms share a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet (shower, toilet, and sink). The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances. 

The rental prices are:
Room 1, 21 m² with private rooftop terrace: €590, excluding advance payment for utilities and service charges
Room 2, 23 m²: €540, excluding advance payment for utilities and service charges

Advance payment for service charges (gas, water, electricity, TV/internet, and cleaning of common areas) per room: €105
