The location is ideal. Close to the Zernike Campus, within cycling distance of the city centre, and situated along the Reitdiep. A great spot for students (or friends) who want to live centrally with many amenities within easy reach.

Layout:
Upon entering, you will find a shared living room of approximately 13 m². At the rear of the house, there is a separate kitchen of around 5 m², equipped with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, etc. The property also includes a shared bathroom with basic facilities of approximately 1.5 m².

The house offers three bedrooms, each ranging from approximately 10 to 15 m². In addition, there is a spacious shared front and back garden, with a total outdoor area of about 40 m². In short, ideal for three students.
