A cosy co-living home for someone between 25 and 50 years old. Surrounded by greenery at the front and back, and located in a central area of the city. Location: Stadhouderslaan / Oranjewijk, Groningen You’ll have two furnished rooms: a living space of about 20 m² and a bedroom of about 6 m². The furniture shown in the photos is available for use, but can be arranged according your wishes. This house has been shared for the past 20 years – and that’s part of its charm! About me: I’m Lysbert (42), a freelancer in communication and an energetic coach. I enjoy optimism, psychology, and a good conversation with a touch of dry humour. During half of the week I’m usually at home, and on weekends I stay with my partner. The house has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, and I also work here a few days a week. Who I’m looking for: A friendly, working person or someone in the final stage of their studies or PhD. Sharing a home works best when there’s also a personal match! Practical details: Available from beginning of November. Rent: €500 + €140 (for utilities and other costs). Viewings / Open house: Saturday 25 October.
