About the place

For rent from the 1st of June: big room in the center of Groningen (in a studenthouse for a student). With big terrace. The room has its own small kitchen. The newly build bathroom will be shared with 3 other students (so in total 4 students will use the bathroom). Beside this bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink) there is another separate toilet available in the house. 

There is also a washing machine available in the house.  The renting price is including a 'voorschot' of heating/ electricity/ water/ municipal taxes. Only internet must be organised and payed separately.
