Available from June 1st: a spacious neat room in a student house in Vinkhuizen, located near Zernike. Please note, another room in the house will become available from July 1st. It is possible to view both living spaces if you are invited.

The room has a total surface area of ​​19m2 with a handy space-saving cupboard/storage room. The room has a modern and neat finish. The room has a high ceiling and has large windows, which provide sufficient light. The room is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. The living space has a rectangular shape and can therefore be easily divided into a sleeping/living and study area.

Four other (partly international and partly Dutch) male housemates live in the house. With them you share the spacious kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the communal sunny backyard of approx. 70m2. There is a cozy and friendly atmosphere inside the house. The residents get along well with each other, which means there is always room for a nice chat, but it is also possible to retreat to your room to focus on your studies, for example. Although there is a friendly atmosphere in the house, as mentioned, it would be appreciated if the new housemate would take the initiative to set up and maintain a cleaning schedule.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

The living space is located in the Goudlaan and is a few minutes' bike ride from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping centre can also be reached within a few minutes by bike, the city centre is approximately ten minutes away and the main station is a 15-minute bike ride.

The rental price of the living space is €667,- incl. G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent.

Good to know about how we manage this rental space:
* We are available 7 days a week via WhatsApp and always answer within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
* Renting without a minimum or maximum rental period, in short, living as long or as short as possible according to your wishes.
* In case of technical defects, we strive to solve them within a maximum of two weeks.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
