About the place

Room for rent as of 1st May, 5mins biking from Zernike and within walking distance to the Paddepoel Winkelcentrum. The room itself is 18m2 with an indefinite contract length and a monthly rent assumed to be around €600 (TBD by the housing agency closer to the date) with a large cupboard for pantry space in the extended kitchen as well as well as further kitchen storage in the kitchen itself. The room is furnished as the furniture will have to be bought alongside signing the contract (in total €200 for the bed frame, mattress, cupboards, desk and chair, carpet, mirror and couch). 
The house is shared with 4 other female housemates (a mix of Dutchies and internationals) and has a large outdoor garden that has furniture that can be used for summer dinners and enjoying the weather. We like to sometimes cook together but other than that we don't have any obligations. We are almost all morning people rather than staying out at night.
