About the place

Nice room with private bathroom/toilet,
kitchen, across the UMCG (The Academic Hospital)

You will be living in the back part of the house as the only person. There are no other persons in the house except in the front where I -  a professor emiritus - have my offices.
It is a semi-apartment, that is to say, you have a private (bed)room and bathroom/tub/toilet (all on a separate floor) but in the kitchen (downstairs) you may find me once in a while when I make myself a cup of coffee.
