Rent is €600 per month, excluding utilities (gas, electricity, water) and internet.

Conveniently located less than 100 meters from a Jumbo supermarket, making grocery shopping a breeze!
Close to the bus station, providing easy access to public transport.

About me:
I'm a 23-year-old male pursuing my MSc in Physics. I enjoy playing guitar. I'm generally quite tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is also respectful of shared spaces, considerate of noise levels, and enjoys a relaxed atmosphere at home.
