As of June 1st, this spacious room will be available in the Rivierenhof in a student house.

The room has a surface area of ​​approximately 20 m2 and is located on the second floor, at the front. The room has large windows that provide light and a handy space-saving built-in wardrobe in which you can store your things.

The house is shared with three other housemates of mixed gender. The balcony, the communal kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared with them. For this house, we are explicitly looking for a tenant who is willing to keep the house clean together with the housemates (in addition to your own private room, the common areas) (for example via a cleaning schedule) and who also dares to take the initiative in this.

The Rivierenhof is located in the Rivierenbuurt district. The station and the center of Groningen can be reached within a few minutes by bike. The Zernike complex is approximately 20 minutes by bike. A small collection of shops/facilities (including a Plus and a general practitioner) is located within walking distance.

The rental price of this living space is €646,- incl. G/W/E and municipal taxes. Excl. the internet, which the residents arrange themselves. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent.

* We are available 7 days a week via WhatsApp and always answer within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
* Rent as long or as short as you wish.
* In the event of technical problems, we aim to resolve them within two weeks at most.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
