About the place

One bedroom available in a house by the station. The room is aprox. 10m2, and has built in storage, and a single bed. 
The house has shared rooms, such as the living room, and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and oven, and 2 fridges. The shower room and toilet are separate, and the shower room has a washer and dryer. There is a small balcony off of the kitchen. 
Available from the 1st of April 2025. 
The rent is 500 inlc. + 1 month deposit. Registration with the municipality is possible.
We are 3 (25,27,23) internationals, looking for someone chill, easygoing and preferably international
