Room available from August 1, 2025 in a family home with 3 bedrooms. The house is located 3 minutes away from Zernike and 10 minutes from the city center. It's a 7-minute walk to the nearest supermarkets.
You will be living together with Joaquin and Mirco.

The bedroom for rent is on the west side of the house and is 14m², the smaller room next to it is 6m², perfect for a desk to make it your study room. The price for these rooms together is 800 euros (including gas, water, electricity).

The entire ground floor consists of a large shared living room (with a TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.) and open kitchen (2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven). We also have a shared bathroom (with a rain shower), a spacious garden (with a garage to park your bike) and a kitchen.

We are looking for a student who is planning to come to Groningen or already lives in Groningen. Everything is in good shape.
