About the place

Room available from March 1, 2025, (earlier can be discussed) in a family house with 3 bedrooms. The house is a 3-minute walk from Zernike and 10 minutes from the city center. It's a 7-minute walk to the nearest supermarkets.

You will be living with Menno (21) and Emre (21). We both study Econometrics. Besides our studies, we also have a social life (student associations, tennis, gym). We eat together several times a week and enjoy talking, chilling, or having lunch together. We also have 2 cats in the house, so it's important that you're willing to take care of them occasionally.

The room is 20m2 with a large dormer and costs 700 euros per month (including gas, water, and electricity). The entire ground floor consists of a large shared living room (with a TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.) and an open kitchen (2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven induction cooker). We also have a shared bathroom (with a rain shower), a spacious garden (with a garage to park your bike), and a kitchen.
