About the place

From the 1st of March we will subrent a room in our appartement for a year, because I go live abroad. The room itself is 12,5 m2, but the rest of the appartement is quite large and you will share it only with one person. You will share the apartment with my boyfriend Nico who is 31 years old and works full time from home. Ideally we are looking for a responsible person who is doing their masters in Groningen or works as well. We also have a parakeet which is very friendly towards humans and he stays most of the time in Nico's bedroom.

A bit about the house:
The apartment has two floors, on the first floor there is a large living room with dining table and a desk that is shared. Also there is the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine. 
On the second floor is Nico's room on one side and your room looking at some greenery on the other side. The furniture in the room stays there and we can also provide bedsheets. 
The house is located in a neighborhood called Tuinwijk. We have a small shopping center nearby and we live exactly in the middle of the two large university locations, both around a 10-minute bike ride away (to Zernike campus and to the city centre). If needed we also have a spare bike. 
The room costs €600 per month all inclusive.
