READ CAREFULLY: SUBLETTING FOR A FIXED PERIOD
Dear Room Seeker (M/F),

As I’ll be studying abroad for half a year, I’m looking for a tidy subtenant for my lovely and spacious room/studio with a private kitchen, located in the heart of Groningen on Prinsesseweg. The sublet is for a fixed period from September until mid-February. Exact moving dates are flexible and can be discussed (for example, you could move in during the last week of August).

The room is approximately 29 m² and consists of two parts (see photos). You’ll have your own fully equipped kitchen in the room (4 gas burners, oven, fridge, etc.). The bathroom is shared with one housemate. The room is in a great location (Prinsesseweg): the Jumbo supermarket is just around the corner, and the city center is only a 5-minute bike ride away.

The room is sublet furnished, so I’m looking for someone who will treat my belongings with care :)
The rent is €560 per month, all inclusive.
