About the place

As of January 15, a room/studio will become available in our house on the Poelestraat! The room is ~23m2 with a kitchen in it. We are looking for a male from 15 January to 1 July with a chance of staying

We live with 3 RUG students and are very close mates. We also have a house evening every Tuesday, but we also often do sports, drink and eat together.

The studio/room is 805€ per month (exclusive). The room is ~23m2 and is on the upper floor with a view of the Poelestraat. The room has a large 2 persons bed, bedside table, laundry rack and a large closet, which can also be removed on request. There is also a shower and a toilet on the same floor.

In addition, there is also a large living room with 2 sofas and large television where we chill. There is also both a washing machine and dryer
