About the place

I'm looking for a tenant to move into my roommate's room in a ground-floor apartment in Peizerweg. 
The house is cozy and vibrant, and is in a great location at a walking distance from the centre. 
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. I am looking for someone who can rent the room for at least one year. 
As a roommate, I like to keep a clean and tidy space and value living in a peaceful and friendly environment. I am originally Italian, I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with others; in my spare time I enjoy reading and spend quality time oudoors, weather permitting.
