A living space will become available in a cozy house on Peizerweg from April 1st.

The room has a surface area of ​​12 m2 and has French doors to the communal balcony. The room is located on the 1st floor at the rear of the house. Finally, the room has its own washbasin.

Four other housemates live in the house. You share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony at the rear and the roof terrace with them. There is a cozy and friendly atmosphere inside the house. The residents get along well with each other, so there is always room for a nice chat, but it is also possible to retreat to your room to focus on your studies, for example.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

Peizerweg is close to the station (1100m). The large market is 1700m away. A supermarket nearby is the Coop (500m) and the Jumbo at the Wilhelminakade (1400m).

The rental price of this living space is €558,- incl. Escape route Safe and municipal taxes. Excl. G/W/E and the internet. The residents arrange the internet and G/W/E themselves. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the living space, you pay a one-off rental fee of €145,- to the owner of the home.

* We are available 7 days a week via WhatsApp and always answer within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
* In the event of technical problems, we aim to resolve them within a maximum of two weeks.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
