As of February 1, a living space becomes available in a cozy house in Peizerweg. The living space is initially available temporarily until September 1, 2025.

The room has an area of 12 m2 and has French doors to the shared balcony. The room is located on the 1st floor at the rear of the house. Finally, the room has its own sink.

Four other roommates live in the house. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony at the back and the roof terrace. Within the house there is a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The residents get along well with each other, so there is always room for a pleasant chat, but it is also possible to retreat to your room to focus on your studies, for example.

The general areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

Peizerweg is close to the train station (1100m). The large market is 1700m away. A supermarket nearby is the Coop (500m) and the Jumbo on the Wilhelminakade (1400m).

The rent of this living space is €557,- incl. 'Vluchtroute Veilig' and municipal taxes. Excl. G/W/E and internet. The internet and G/W/E are arranged by the residents themselves. The deposit of the living space is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the housing unit, you pay a one-time €145 rental fee to the property owner.

Good to know about how we manage this housing unit:
* Via WhatsApp we are available 7 days a week and always answer within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
* In case of technical defects, we aim to solve them in a maximum of two weeks.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's certificate.
