Available from (at the latest) 1 March, earlier in consultation: neat room on the Paterswoldseweg. The room has a surface of approx. 15m2 and is located on the second floor in the middle of the house. It is a neat, light room with its own sink and slightly sloping walls. The living space can easily be divided into a living/dining and sleeping area.

Five other residents of mixed gender live in the house. The spacious house has two bathrooms and two toilets, which are shared with the housemates. In addition, there is a common room (conservatory), a general kitchen and a spacious (sunny) roof terrace of 48m2. Finally, the house has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combination from the housemates themselves. The house has a cozy and friendly atmosphere, with enough space to retreat to your room to focus on your studies or work.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

The house is located at the beginning of the Paterswoldseweg, near the Westerhaven / Media Markt. The center is 1000m away, and the central station 800m. The Coop is within walking distance and the Albert Heijn Brugstraat 600m away.

The rental price of this living space is €649,- including Vluchtroute Veilig and municipal taxes. Excluding gas, water, electricity and internet. For the G/W/E there is an additional €63,- to the price. The residents arrange the internet themselves. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent.

* We are available 7 days a week via WhatsApp and always answer within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
* In case of technical problems we aim to solve it within a maximum of two weeks.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
