A room is available for rent on Parkweg as of February 1. It is located on the 2nd floor at the front of the building and measures approximately 17m². The room is heated by central heating and has its own kitchen and sink. It also has a small private balcony. The shower and toilet are shared with the other residents. 

The rent is €485, including utilities, TV, and municipal taxes.
