Both Lidl and Albert Heijn supermarkets and a bus stop (lines 7 and 9) are within 100 metres walking distance. Vondellaan sounds far away, but it is only a 5-minute bike ride to Central Station, so it's not too bad. You share a balcony, kitchen, toilet and shower.
