You will have a furnished private bedroom with a balcony and your own living room on the same floor.

There is a cooking area with an electric stove and oven (no full kitchen). The toilet and shower are shared with one other person living on a different floor.

The apartment comes fully furnished – everything shown in the pictures is included, such as the sofa, TV, table, oven, and bed.

We’re looking for a quiet and responsible tenant, preferably a working professional or a student finishing their studies, with a regular day-night rhythm, who is also willing to take part in a cleaning schedule.
