This neat living space is located on the second (and bedroom on the third) floor, at the front of the house. 

The living space is located in a house that you usually share with three roommates who each have their own living space. The house normally has a nice atmosphere where everyone gets along well, however, the owner is currently partially renovating the house. As a result, two living spaces in the house are currently vacant/ under renovation and as of July 1, two living spaces will be re-rented to two new candidates. This living space is one of them. This living space itself is fully finalized and will not need to be remodeled, making it possible to live here for as long as desired. Because this living space is currently the only one in the house that is fully finished, it is an additional lease condition that the chosen occupant will take the energy and water contract in their name. The other three living spaces also have a share in this. Until he finishes remodeling (presumably sometime September this year), the owner will pay for the shares of the vacant rooms.

The common areas/escape routes will be inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig b.v.

The rental price of this accommodation is €699,- incl. cleaning and municipal taxes (it is possible that in the future this accommodation will get its own municipal taxes / assessment). Excl. G/W/E and internet. The G/W/E and internet are arranged by the housemates themselves. The deposit of the living space is equal to one month's rent. Please note that this living space is only temporarily rented until September 1, 2025.
