About the place

We have a completely renovated, well-insulated spacious and bright room for rent. The room is ideally situated in the center of Groningen, opposite the Philosophy department of the University of Groningen. You will share the kitchen with all modern appliances, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating and separate toilet.
You mainly share with 1 other tenant, the house owner lives downstairs.
The shared areas are cleaned weekly and every six months we would like to wash the windows and turn the mattresses of the rented areas. Cleaning and maintaining your room is your responsibility, cleaning supplies are provided. If needed, we can clean your room, just ask for the posibilities. 
You can use the washing machine, dryer and the dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen. We provide detergents, soap and toilet paper.
Bed linen and towels, pots and pans and cutlery and so on, are provided.
The monthly fee includes gas, electricity and water, internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas.
Internationals are welcome! No Students!!!
