About the place

We offer a room in the period from 24-01-2025 to 24-08-2025 in the center of Groningen. The room has a private bathroom with shower, a veranda, a bed and a desk. The kitchen, utility room, living room and roof terrace are shared with the other residents. There are also two washing machines in the kitchen. The house is cleaned every Tuesday, which is included in the rental price. You can also use the available cutlery, plates and glasses, and we load the dishwasher twice a day. I have been living here with great pleasure for five years.
