Looking for a flatmate

Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate who is going to share an apartment/house with me.

Duration: 30.12.2024 - 30.7.2026 

About the place: 
We have two shared living rooms, a kitchen, two bed rooms (the available one has approx. 12 m2), a toilet, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), a storage room, a garden, and a roof terrace. The house is furnished, the bedroom has a bed, a built-in closet and a desk, we have a wash-dryer, dishwasher, TV, oven, microwave, etc. Registration is possible. 

The house is in a quiet area, very close to Noorderplantsoen, and the city center, approx. 2min to AH/Jumbo, 12min to Zernike by bike.

I am a 23-year old German student, currently finishing my Bachelor degree at the RUG and work in a bar next to my studies. I enjoy reading and cooking, and I am looking for a roommate, who is clean and preferably around the same age me  :)
