A spacious room (approx. 15m²) will become available on December 1 on the 2nd floor at the front of the building on Nieuwe Boteringestraat. The room has central heating, its own sink, and kitchen. The bathroom, toilet, and garden are shared with 5 other residents.
The rent is €500, including utilities and municipal taxes.
