About the place

From July 4th, a room will be available in our (student) house on the Neptunusstraat in the Paddepoel district, which is within walking distance of Zernike!

We are looking for a guy or girl between the ages of 18 and 26 who will (still) be studying next year.

You will be living with four others; Anna (26), Lucienne (21), Max (21) and me (Mats, 22). Lucienne is an international, so the main language in our house is English. Although Lucienne will probably be moving soon.

We are a quiet house without fixed house evenings, we are usually busy with our own thing, but we are open to eating together every now and then, or doing something fun. However, we are all active in work, sports and hobbies in addition to our studies. None of us are members of a student association.

The room has its own sink and the furniture can be taken over for an agreed price (minus fridge and desk). It has an extra space in the corner through a door, where currently the bed is (see photos). Furthermore, the toilets, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), washing machine, dining room are shared with the rest. In addition, the house has a driveway, spacious garden and a shed for bicycles. The house is attached to one other neighbor (semi-detached).

Both the shopping center of Paddepoel (with Albert Heijn) and the Zernike campus (including the ACLO site) are within walking distance. Furthermore, it is approximately 12 minutes by bike to the center.

The rent is €490 per month incl g/w/e, cleaner (!) and gardener.
