I am offering two rooms with high ceilings of 16m², located on the top (3rd) floor of my 190m² house. On this floor, you'll find the two available rooms, the (shared) bathroom, and the option to rent my 10m² office space for a small additional fee—so you have the entire top floor at your disposal.

On the ground floor, you'll find a sports room and a storage area. The 1st floor features the (shared) kitchen and my living room, along with a separate toilet. My own bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, ensuring everyone has their own private space.

The house is fully equipped with all the facilities you need. You can make use of the kitchen appliances (such as a slowjuicer, dishes, and pans) and other household devices like the washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, there is a separate bike shed and a garden available (which may look a bit modest in the winter but really comes to life in the spring).

The location is ideal: within a 5-minute walk, you're at Noorderplantsoen; the De Beren shopping center is just 2 minutes away, and a bike ride will get you to Grote Markt in only 5 minutes.

Furthermore, the home is perfect for someone seeking tranquility, as I work full-time and am often away for 2–3 weeks for work. When I am in the Netherlands, I am usually accompanied by my 5-year-old English Cocker Spaniel—a friendly cuddle-bug, though he may sometimes bark. 

The rent is €950 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and access to all the facilities in the house, and the lease is initially for one year with the possibility of extension.
