Molukkenstraat is located along Korreweg, a vibrant area in Groningen just 5–10 minutes by bike from the city center. Supermarkets, shops, and other amenities are within walking distance. The Zernike complex is easily accessible by bike, and nearby bus stops offer excellent public transport connections.

The entrance is located on the first floor. On your left, you will immediately find the shared kitchen, which is equipped with a built-in stove. From the kitchen, you have access to the balcony. The available room is situated at the front of the building and has a surface area of approximately 17 square meters. On the second floor, you will find the bathroom, which is fitted with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as the toilet.
