About the place

Dear house hunters,

We’re looking for a new, mature and responsible student to take over a small room, starting April 2026. We’re a household of three, and you’d be sharing the house with two other male students. 



It’s a relatively quiet house, but we do enjoy spontaneously chilling in our large living room. 



Although there’s no fixed cleaning schedule, we’re looking for someone who likes to keep things tidy and clean, ready for others to use. 



A few things to consider: 

- The available room is to be rented between April 2026 and January 2027;

- The rent is 500€, plus 18€ on WiFi costs;

- It’s located within a 4 minute walk to the Groningen Noord station, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest Albert Heijn and Lidl;

- Pets aren’t a deal breaker;

- Preferably someone who’s not a smoker.
