Hi everyone! 😊My roommate is moving out of her room, so I’m looking for someone to take it over starting mid-May until September (with the possibility of extending the stay:)). The room has its own balcony and is part of a shared apartment with me and another roommate. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet with us.The location is super convenient: grocery stores are about 10 minutes away by foot (jumbo, AH, lidle 3-5 mins by bike), the city centre is around 25 minutes away (7 mins by bike), and the Groningen Noord station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The rent is 550€ plus around 70€ per month for utilities. The room is fully furnished, and the furniture needs to be taken over for a fee:)) We’re looking for a calm, clean, and respectful person to move in, so if you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message!
