The room is around 10m2 big and you have a sink at the room.

The room is carpeted and it has blinds.

Together with your housemates you have access to:

- A large garden on the south,

- An enclosed bicycle storage

- A bathroom with 2nd toilet, sink and shower

- Other equipment: washing machine, vacuum cleaner.

 The rent is € 400, - per month, the service costs € 130, - per month (gas, electricity, water, internet, waste, etc). So in total € 530,- per month.

Deposit: € 800,-.

The candidate must be present by him/herself during a viewing, we don't do video or whatsapp viewings!

Acceptance per direct so NOT per July, August or September unless you want to pay for these months.
