Available immediately: a spacious room in a student house in Paddepoel, located near Zernike. 

The room has a total area of approximately 15m2, has a neat finish and has large windows so there is plenty of light. The room is located on the first floor at the back of the house. The living space has a square shape with straight walls and is therefore easy to divide.

In the house live five other (partly international and partly Dutch) roommates of different gender. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the common sunny backyard of about 35m2. The house also has a shared washing machine. 

The common areas should be kept clean together.

The accommodation is located in Marsstraat and is a few minutes by bike from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center is also within a few minutes cycling distance, the city center is about ten minutes and the Main Station is 15 minutes by bike. 

The rent of the accommodation is €695 including G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. 

For all our rental units there is a non-smoking policy, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord declaration.
