It is available from the first of May. The L-shaped room has a sink, downstairs there is a shower that is shared with 2 other students. The toilet and kitchen are on the first floor and is shared with one roommate. This is an ideal house for someone who needs a quiet environment to study. The roommates currently are two girls and one guy, all studying at the RuG (Phd or master). The rent is 385 euros per month including water, electricity, gas and fast internet. There are no administration fees and it's possible to rent the room furnished.
