It is a 16 square meter room with large windows, build-in closet and a sink on the first floor in a quiet student house next to the canal (lage der A). Shared shower with two persons, toilet and kitchen is shared with one person. This is an ideal house for someone who needs a quiet environment to study. The roommates currently are three girls, all studying at the RuG (Phd or master).The rent is 475euros per month including water, electricity, gas and internet. No administration fees.
