About the place

quiet room on the  second floor on the edge of the old city center, close to the park,  busstop and railwaystation. Landlord lives on the first floor. Bathroom and toilet are shared with one other tenant. including use of washing machine and wifi.
 Fridge , cooker and microwave for personal use. furnished with bed, couch, table, chairs and curtains.  the room is available  from the first of July . The current tenant leaves 1 or 2 weeks earlier
