About the place

Hi,

I am Jerguš, and I am a 5th year working medical student from Slovakia. Together with my roommate Pedro we are looking for a 3rd housemate, since our long-term friend and roommate Andreas is leaving. 

The room can be rented ideally furnished (price has to be discussed still). It is a relatively big house with a relatively big kitchen, and a big bathroom with a separate toiler. The room has direct access to the balcony and has sun in the afternoon. We are ideally looking for a longer-term tenant and we are available for a viewing and/or a call any time in April. The room should be rented from May 1st.
