About the place

As of 1 July, a room will become available in a well‑maintained and quiet student house located in Selwerd. The house is shared by a total of four residents and is conveniently situated approximately 8 minutes by bike from the university campus and 9 minutes from the city centre.
The property offers shared use of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a garden and a secure bicycle shed. There is no shared living room; residents primarily use their own rooms, which contributes to a calm and private living environment.
The house is known for its orderly, respectful and low‑noise atmosphere. Residents follow their own daily routines and value a predictable and peaceful home. Social interaction is friendly but informal and never obligatory. This is not a party house. A cleaning schedule is in place, and quiet hours are observed carefully, approximately between 10:00/11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The room consists of two separate spaces, which makes it easy to maintain a clear boundary between a sleeping area and a study or living area. This layout is particularly suitable for residents who spend time studying or working from home. The room sizes are [6 m² + 10 m²].
The rent is € per month (all inclusive).
