About the place

This is a 14m² room on the first floor of a student house. You'll share the floor with one other roommate. Another student lives on the second floor, and he has his own kitchen, so you'll only share your kitchen with your first-floor roommate. You'll share the bathroom with your two roommates. They are very friendly, well-maintained students (HBO Electrical Engineering and Facility Management). The house is just a stone's throw from the Noorderplantsoen park. You'll have a private, south-facing balcony of 5m².

The current resident hasn't yet left their room completely tidy, hence the somewhat cluttered photos. The room will, of course, be returned tidy and clean.

We are looking for a student for a rental period of up to two years, as the building is undergoing renovations (you may be able to return as a tenant after the renovation, but this is not yet guaranteed). We can only offer a temporary rental contract to students who are not currently resident in the municipality of Groningen. Therefore, it is a (strict) requirement that you can demonstrate that you are currently registered OUTside of the municipality of Groningen. You must also be able to demonstrate that you are a student.
